01Services

Survey. Engineer.
Anchor. Certify.

We don't just turn up with a rig. Every project runs through the same six-stage delivery process — designed to give architects, contractors and homeowners a foundation that's engineered, traceable and signed off before anyone builds on top of it.

02What's included

A complete foundation
delivery service.

01

Site & ground survey

Walkover assessment, access check and ground sampling. We log soil type, slope, services and obstructions so the install crew arrives with the right rig and the right screws.

02

Structural engineering

Load take-down, screw schedule and pattern drawing. Calculations signed off in-house and supplied to your architect or building control on request.

03

Hydraulic installation

Tracked or compact rig depending on site access. Each screw driven to refusal and set to a millimetre-accurate finished level for plate or bracket fixings.

04

Torque test certification

Every screw individually torque-tested on the day. You receive a signed install report with torque readings, depths and a structural certificate per project.

05

Bracketry & adaptors

U-heads, flat plates, post anchors, joist saddles, solar rails. We supply the right top-fixing for whatever you're building on top.

06

Aftercare & re-torque

Optional 12-month re-torque visit on heavy-load installs. Removal and re-use service for temporary or relocatable structures.

03Packages

Right-sized for
every project.
